SHORT – LET RENT

Short let properties are properties that are rented temporarily as opposed to properties rented annually. These properties are taken by individuals that need accommodation for a short period of time to pay either daily, weekly, monthly or quarterly. They differ from hotels in that they give you the convenience of a home at a cheaper rate. Short let properties usually come furnished and fitted usually with beddings, living room furniture, kitchen accessories and utensils provided. Almost same set of rules apply to short let renting compared to annual rentals. An inventory for the short – let property should be taken thoroughly before taken.
